The Salt Lake Shred of the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) will host the West Division Championship on Friday, August 11, at Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman, Utah. Coming off a franchise-best 11-1 record, the Shred face off against the Los Angeles Aviators who defeated the Colorado Summit 22-21 in round one of the AUDL Playoffs. Opening pull is at 7:00 p.m. MDT with the winner claiming the West Division title and advancing to the 2023 AUDL Championship Weekend at TCO Stadium in Eagan, Minn.
The gameday experience will feature fun for the whole family, including specialty food and drinks, contests, games and more. Fans are also welcome to play catch on the field after the game. Kids ages 7 and under receive free admission, with adult tickets for $21, college students for $15, and kids ages 8-17 for $10 each. Groups of six or more will also receive 10% off ticket prices. Salt Lake were winners of the team’s first 11 games in the 2023 regular season before losing their last contest against the defending AUDL champion New York Empire. The Shred joined the AUDL in 2022, finishing second in the West Division behind Colorado.
Tickets are also on sale for the 2023 AUDL Championship Weekend at TCO Stadium in Eagan, Minn. on August 25-26, 2023. Single game, weekend and VIP tickets are available for two semifinal games on Friday, August 25, and the AUDL Championship game on Saturday, August 26. Opening pull for the first semifinal game on Friday will be 6:00 p.m. ET, with the second game immediately following at 8:30 p.m. ET. The 2023 title game will begin at 7:00 p.m. ET on Saturday.
