Stuart is a former restaurant critic of more than five years, working for the Salt Lake Tribune and has worked extensively with multiple local publications from Visit Salt Lake to Salt Lake Magazine, not least helped to consult on national TV shows.

Stuart is a multiple-award winning journalist and has covered the Utah dining scene for the better part of fifteen years. Here on Utah Now Online Stuart covers Utah related topics such as outdoor lifestyle, local arts and events and business news.


Hang is a tech and gadget savvy Utahn who loves to check out the latest gear; especially with an eye to our outdoor lifestyle here in Utah.

Les Roka

Les has worked extensively in public relations for a variety of organizations and was U.S. editorial advisor for Netherlands based Art Design Publicity.

In addition to being a regular contributor to a Utah business magazine, Les has worked on projects involving authors and researchers throughout the world, including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Lebanon, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, France, and Japan. Les is also a classically trained musician with more than 400 performances under his belt. Les is also the senior writer at The Utah Review, one of our sister publications.
