Negroni Week  — a celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails and an effort to raise money for charities around the world – takes place September 13 – 19. 

Introducing the W.A.R. Negroni from Greater Zion Utah’s The Advenire Hotel. Below is the recipe from Bar Manager Jack Richards of the hotel’s restaurant and bar, wood.ash.rye. This is his spin on the classic cocktail adding an essence of Southwest Utah’s earthy scents and sandstone hues.

.75 oz Martini Rossi Sweet Vermouth 

.75 oz Campari
