Snowbasin Resort is thrilled to offer guests a variety of new food experiences this upcoming season with the recently renovated Earlís Lodge, a new Food & Beverage Director and a new Executive Chef. Ski Magazine already ranks Snowbasin #3 in on-mountain eats in the industry and with these improvements they are sure to raise in ranks in the future.

Earl’s Lodge went under a full renovation this summer with a focus on improving the flow for the guest and elevated food. The renovation includes easier grab-and-go options, a craft beer station, a coffee and pastry station, new stations and elevated food quality. Some new items to look forward to including an Old-Fashioned Turkey Pot Pie, Vietnamese Pho, Thai Salad and Korean Fried Chicken. Above all we are eager for our guests to enjoy the updated menu items throughout the resort. Please take a moment and experience dining at a higher elevation and join us for the grand opening at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 30th.”

Needles Lodge, John Paul Lodge, the Cinnabar and Strawberry Cafe didn’t have any physical renovations but the new Executive Chef, Nick Davies has brought some new menu items for every guest to add to their bucket-list food items to taste this winter.
