The lease negotiation process was facilitated by Mountain West Commercial Real Estate agents Mike Medina, Alberto Vazquez, and Parker Dixon, who expertly represented Burly Burger throughout the transaction.

Currently, there is a remaining end cap space next to Burly Burger, and another multi-tenant building with a drive through coming online Q3-Q4 2024. There are about seven acres remaining that could facilitate hospitality, med office, or retail anchors.
