MWCRE Announces new tenant at Salt Point Shopping Center in West Haven, UT

Burly Burger, renowned for its delectable gourmet burgers and vibrant atmosphere, has chosen the West Haven Salt Point Development as its latest expansion destination. The establishment’s decision was backed by the development’s reputation for attracting a diverse customer base and its strategic location at the heart of West Haven. 

The lease negotiation process was facilitated by Mountain West Commercial Real Estate agents Mike Medina, Alberto Vazquez, and Parker Dixon, who expertly represented Burly Burger throughout the transaction.

The West Haven Salt Point Development, developed by CW Urban. Currently, there is a remaining end cap space next to Burly Burger, and another multi-tenant building with a drive through coming online Q3-Q4 2024. There are about seven acres remaining that could facilitate hospitality, med office, or retail anchors.
