n Saturday, July 29, UFC will return to Salt Lake City for its second PPV fight in less than a year, and Delta Center, along with local restaurants, are offering a variety of uniquely Utah experiences to make it a truly memorable evening.

Featuring the highly anticipated rematch between Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje, UFC 291 is one of the most anticipated fight nights of 2023 and is on track to be the highest grossing, single-evening event in Delta Center history. UFC’s return to Salt Lake City is the result of a partnership between UFC, the Utah Sports Commission, and Smith Entertainment Group (SEG), the parent company of the Utah Jazz and Delta Center, among other Utah-centric businesses.

In preparation, Salted Honey Hospitality – a collaboration between Levy and the Utah Jazz to manage food and beverage operations at Delta Center – are showcasing a mouthwatering array of options in an amped up fight night environment. More than 30 restaurants and vendors around Delta Center will be serving up fan favorites or limited-time specialty items for UFC 291 spectators.

“Delta Center vendors have created a lineup of items that showcase Salt Lake City’s vibrant food scene and are meant to give a special welcome to UFC 291 guests,” says Matt Brown, Sr. Director of Operations, Salted Honey Hospitality. “A majority of ticket holders for UFC 291 will be visiting from outside Utah, so this event is an incredible opportunity to highlight the hospitality of our amazing city.”
