This 4th of July weekend, members of the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) invite guests to enjoy beer and cocktail specials, along with classic backyard BBQ favorites and hearty Western fare. Order online, walk right in, or make reservations to celebrate Independence Day with the following offerings:
Pop in for specialty cocktails of sangria and margaritas on Saturday, July 1, 4 – 10 p.m. & Sunday, July 2, noon – 5 p.m. Closed July 4.
Nothing says, “Happy birthday, America!” like beer and ice cream. Enjoy $2 and $3 canned beers and hard seltzers, and $1.50 vanilla soft-serve cones.
Enjoy a live bluegrass band and a lunch barbecue on the Deer Valley Café deck for a hand-selected menu by Deer Valley’s Resort Executive Chef Peter Menteer. Mouthwatering food available for purchase will be prepared on a Camp Chef Grill. Reservations are not required; seating is first-come, first-served. July 1 & 2, 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Guests 21+ can stop in for a 4th of July lunch of signature High West starters of burnt ends poutine, shishito peppers, and High West Fondue, and mains of Duck Confit & Gumbo, Rocky Mountain Trout, Elk & Bison Bolognese, chili, tacos, burgers, and prime rib. Last seating at 4 p.m.
Try the Independence Day special including a half rack ribs, potato salad, corn on the cob, cornbread muffin, and mac & cheese. $22 per person or $84 for a family of 4. Top it off with cherry pie for an all-American touch. 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Order online at hills-kitchen.com.
Dig in for Pie Wednesdays for $10 cheese and pepperoni pizzas and $4 Nosh IPAs while supplies last.
Enjoy a 4th of July BBQ on The Glitretind Deck for a feast of summer classics including Backyard Potato Salad, Spicy Shrimp & Jicama Slaw, Chef Zane’s Grandma’s Pasta Salad, Grilled Peach & Pancetta Salad, heirloom tomato and watermelon carving stations, baked potato bar, Chef Lupe’s Famous Roasted Pork Ribs, Bison Tri-Tips, Utah Lamb T-Bones, brats, buffalo burgers, Stein’s signature hamburgers, and much more.
