Hyatt Centric Park City guests can now travel in sustainable style with the property’s all new Ford electric transport van. Complementing the hotel’s robust mission of environmentally-conscious practices, the new addition will make its grand entrance this month to kick-off the summer.
“We are pleased to add a brand new electric van to the Hyatt Centric fleet to transport our guests while minimizing our carbon footprint,” said Hyatt Centric Park City Director of Sales, Marketing, Owner Services Barbara Dennis. “We do not take our mountains, wildlife, and local ecosystem for granted, and it is imperative we do all that we can to conserve and preserve them for generations to come.”
The addition of the new electric van is the latest in Hyatt Centric’s sustainability efforts. The property was awarded Park City Green Business of the Year in 2021, falling in line with the wider scope of Hyatt’s World of Care initiatives. Environmental actions focused on climate change and water conservation, waste and circularity, and responsible sourcing help destinations – including their environments and cultures – thrive around the world.
