Kum & Go Secures Land in Herriman, Utah

Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) is proud to announce its role in representing Kum & Go in a recent land sale transaction in Herriman, Utah. The transaction was facilitated by the company’s experienced team of commercial real estate professionals, who successfully negotiated the sale on behalf of their client.

Kum & Go, a leading convenience store chain with over 400 locations in 13 states, is actively expanding its operations in the Utah market. With the help of MWCRE, the company was able to secure a prime piece of land in Herriman for its new store location. The land sale transaction was a significant milestone for Kum & Go’s expansion in the southern Salt Lake City area. The company’s growth plans align with its commitment to providing customers with quality products, exceptional service, and a convenient shopping experience while also giving back to the communities they serve.

“We are thrilled to have represented Kum & Go in this important transaction,” said MWCRE agent Shaydon Wood. “Our team worked closely with Kum & Go to understand their business objectives and find the ideal location for their new store. We are proud to have helped them achieve their goals and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.”

The successful transaction reflects MWCRE’s expertise in commercial real estate, including site selection, market analysis, negotiation, and transaction management.

“We are delighted to have worked with MWCRE,” said Scott Babcock, Senior Real Estate Development Manager at Kum & Go. “Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence were instrumental in helping us achieve our growth objectives in Utah. We appreciate their partnership and look forward to future collaborations.”

This will be Kum & Go’s second Herriman location, planned to open later this year. Kum & Go’s first Utah location opened in Draper in December 2022. Their second store, and first located in Herriman, opened earlier this month with several other openings across the market planned for 2023.
