Winter 2023 Cocktails from St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah

Vintage Room (St Regis)

Just in time for skiing, Sundance, or relaxing slopeside at the Ski Beach, The St. Regis Deer Valley, one of the world’s most luxurious mountain Resorts, launched its Winter Cocktail Menu created by its Master Mixologists.  The innovative libations can be enjoyed at any of The St. Regis Deer Valley‘s eight indoor and outdoor year-round dining venues:

The completely clear The Vintage Room, arguably Park City’s most sought after après spot, beckons skiers and non-skiers alike with food and libations.  Located slopeside along one of Deer Valley Resort’s beautifully groomed ski runs, The Vintage Room is both restaurant and lively, convivial lounge, with plush indoor seating, an outdoor deck and bar with fire pit and daily music.  The Vintage Room’s menu features the best in seafood such as Buttered Maine Lobster Rolls, East and West Coast Oysters and Maine Jonah Crab Claws.  Enjoy an Alpine Martini and the best people watching in Park City.

Nothing beats an al fresco cocktail on The Mountain Terrace.  Try the bourbon-centric RIME Stone Cowboy while relaxing under the typically cobalt blue skies of Park City, warmed by the dramatic Garden of Fire.  Snack on a Seafood Tower or the 7452 Burger.  Meet fellow winter sports lovers at the St. Regis Bar, with its supple leather seating and massive triptych mural that pays tribute to the history of Park City.  The Miner’s Eye, made with High West Double Rye, is perfect in this setting, especially if accompanied by the St. Regis Bar’s famous Black Truffle Pizza.

Arrive at the Resort in spectacular fashion via world-class funicular, the only at a North American ski resort.  The funicular trip transports guests 230 vertical feet to the upper building of the Resort, with breathtaking views of the Wasatch Range.  Access The St. Regis Deer Valley’s full Winter Cocktail menu here
