Salt and Honey Makers Market at Visit Salt Lake Visitor’s Center is partnering with the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) for a festive day of holiday shopping geared toward the whole family. On Saturday Dec. 10, 2022 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. shoppers can experience an innovative gift and craft sale while supporting local artists and artisans.
Attendees can enjoy complimentary apple cider and donut holes from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. from the Visit Salt Lake Airstream, a 15 percent discount from Salt & Honey and a 10 percent discount from UMOCA for all purchases as well as free gift wrapping at both locations all day.
UMOCA will have an array of locally made gifts, children’s craft activities and all-day holiday movies for attendees. Kids who ask for a Golden Ticket at UMOCA and present it at Salt and Honey will receive a fresh-baked Gingerbread Man, courtesy of Victoria’s Cookie Company.
Featuring a thoughtfully curated collection of made-in-Utah finds from more than 50 small shops, artisans, and makers, Salt and Honey Makers Market at Visit Salt Lake has a wide selection of gifts for the holidays. UMOCA’s gift shop features unique handmade gifts including jewelry, prints, small sculptures and ceramics made by local designers and artists.
