Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes that scare off evil spirits or entertain departed friends and ancestors. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes.
College football games, including Notre Dame Fighting Irish, will be shown on a big screen in the festival pop-up space.
There will be a video game tournament and Halloween-themed games for kids.
