Experience IAMX's Modular Mechanical Madness On Tour

Southern California’s own elusive modular madman IAMX (Chris Corner) is returning to live performance with a limited West Coast loop this Spring, and will be stopping in Salt Lake City at Urban Lounge (outdoors) on May 11 (doors at 7pm). He’ll be performing in celebration of his recent album, Machinate, which was recorded entirely on modular synthesizers during a week of livestream sessions in the heart of the 2020 lockdown before being mastered for release.

Corner will be performing solo, using his voice and analog synths to create raw sounds on stage before pushing them through his customized modular machine to loop and build each track. The unpredictable nature of the modular ensures that no two shows will be the same and gives the audience a unique insight into the unedited studio process behind IAMX’s trademark crisp electronica. An immersive light show has been designed by Corner to accompany the music, and give fans the full experience they’ve missed since his last world tour in 2018. Let me know if you’re interested in setting up a preview, feature, or any other coverage for the show!
