VSL and Salt and Honey open new Visitor Center in the Salt Palace

Salt and Honey Makers Market at Visit Salt Lake Visitor’s Center is teaming up with the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) for a festive holiday party for the whole family on Dec. 11 and 12, 2021 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. This innovative gift and craft sale is a unique way to shop locally this season.

Kids of all ages will enjoy a live reading of The Polar Express and pictures with Santa from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Salt and Honey Makers Market is offering a 15 percent discount on great holiday gifts, and free chocolate bombs for the kids while they last. UMOCA will have an array of locally made gifts, family art activities for all ages, and free holiday movies screening in the museum auditorium. Complimentary gift wrapping is offered at both markets.

Featuring a thoughtfully curated collection of made-in-Utah finds from more than 50 small shops, artisans, designers and makers, Salt and Honey Makers Market at Visit Salt Lake has a wide selection of gifts for the holidays. UMOCA’s gift shop features unique handmade gifts including jewelry, prints, small sculptures and ceramics made by local designers and artists.
