The Connect Pass is available as a 1-, 2-, 3- or 365-day consecutive pass, so you can choose the option that works best for your group, trip dates and overall itinerary. The pass is activated the first time it is used and remains active for the number of consecutive days purchased. All passes must be activated within 90 days of purchase. Pass holders may visit as many attractions as they like while their pass is active, but each person must have a pass and is limited to one (1) visit at each participating attraction. The 365-day pass is valid for an entire year, but also must be activated within 90 days of purchase. Group rates are available for 20 or more passes. Purchase passes, send passes to friends and family, and track pass use from your mobile phone.
How to Buy Passes: You can purchase as many passes as you like at VisitSaltLake.com/connectpass. From the online sale confirmation, users can download their pass to their mobile phone; pass holders also have the option to save a Connect Pass icon to their home screen. VSL will also email pass purchase confirmations to buyers immediately after purchase.
How to Redeem Passes: Simply tap the downloaded icon to open the Connect Pass, and hand your phone to the box office agent at each attraction to gain admission. Access your pass online at any time and view up-to-date information about expiration dates and redemption history. Not into the whole smartphone thing? You can also print a pass voucher from your confirmation email and take it to the attractions for admission.
How to Share Passes: You can send a pass to a friend or family member by simply clicking “Share Pass” and entering their email address and mobile phone number. Again, each person must have their own pass and is limited to one (1) visit at each participating attraction.
To establish traveler confidence and as VSL works toward helping make Salt Lake one of the safest places to visit and conduct business, VSL, in partnership with a CARES Act Grant through Salt Lake County, entered into an agreement with the Global Biorisk Advisory Council to work with Salt Lake hotels, venues and attractions for accreditation in a performance-based program that establishes infectious disease prevention work practices to control risks associated COVID-19. In addition, Delta CareStandard protocols are in place on all Delta flights in and out of the new, $4 billion Salt Lake City International Airport.
