Salt Lake Bound = FREEdom Found – Free Flight, Gas, Ski Pass and Gas Options

Visit Salt Lake

Would-be travelers now have even more reason to visit Salt Lake this fall and winter as Visit Salt Lake (VSL) recently launched “Salt Lake Bound = FREEdom Found,” an incentive-based travel campaign featuring a number of travel and in-market adventure incentives.

When booking two or more nights in participating Salt Lake lodging properties, regional and national travelers can select between $100 in Sinclair gas cards or a $200 Delta Air Lines’ eGift Card. For those preferring in-market incentives, “Salt Lake Bound = FREEdom Found” offers the option to select two (2) 2-day Connect Passes, VSL’s all-inclusive pass that allows visitors to experience 13 of the area’s top attractions, while skiers and snowboarders have the option to choose two (2) complimentary 1-day Ski City Super Passes, one of the ski industry’s most flexible and value-laden passes allowing skiers to choose which of Salt Lake’s four world-class resorts they want to ski on any given day.

To establish traveler confidence and as VSL works toward helping make Salt Lake one of the safest places to visit and conduct business, VSL, in partnership with a CARES Act Grant through Salt Lake County, entered into an agreement with the Global Biorisk Advisory Council to work with Salt Lake hotels, venues and attractions for accreditation in a performance-based program that establishes infectious disease prevention work practices to control risks associated COVID-19. In addition, Delta CareStandard protocols are in place on all Delta flights in and out of the new, $4 billion Salt Lake City International Airport.
