FreshFin Poké Opening on Regent Street

FreshFin Poke’s first location in Utah is set to open February 27, 2020. The seafood-focused, fast-casual restaurant will occupy a 1,000-sq.-ft. restaurant space located on Regent Retail, near Maize Taco’s, and across from Pretty Bird.

FreshFin Poke, which operates locations throughout Wisconsin, including Milwaukee and Madison, has built a following based around their health-focused menu.  While their menu is focused around high-quality seafood, FreshFin also offers options to accommodate a wide variety of dietary preferences, including vegan, chicken and pork options in addition to gluten-friendly, plant-based and keto-friendly items.  All sauces are made fresh in-house daily, and vegetable “add-ins” are centered around consuming clean, whole, all-natural ingredients.  The site on Regent Street will feature the restaurant’s “build your own” and signature poke bowl menu offerings, with over 1,000,000 fresh combinations to choose from.

“We are thrilled to be opening our first shop in Utah,” said Nate Arkush, founding partner of FreshFin Poké. “We believe the customer base in downtown Salt Lake City has a greater appreciation for healthy, clean eating.  We are confident in our ability to delivery great tasting food at a great value, while also doing so quickly for the lunch customers that need to get back to the office.  We are very excited to be a part of such a vibrant downtown community.”

The restaurant’s location on Regent Street will offer dine-in, carry out and delivery options.  FreshFin’s hand-crafted Beverage Bar will be available, which includes a housemade cucumber refresher, classic lemonade and blueberry hibiscus.  Local craft soda’s and cold-pressed juices will also be available.  FreshFin has an increased focus on eco-friendly and sustainability initiatives, including bio-degradable to-go containers, and utilizing service-ware made from plants and organic materials.  The restaurant will be open Monday- Saturday, 11am-8pm, closed on Sundays.   Catering is available for groups on 10-200 people at this location.  Prices for the hand-crafted, healthy bowls range from $9.95- $15.95, depending on size and items selected.
