The Advenire, Greater Zion’s first and only full service, luxury boutique hotel and highly anticipated restaurant, wood.ash.rye, celebrates its official grand opening February 12, 2020.

Proudly steeped in Southern Utah’s rich history and heritage, The Advenire is centered in Greater Zion and St. George’s Historic District close to the country’s most popular national parks and attractions including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon and Sand Hollow State Park.

Providing world-class amenities, service and dining in a modern ‘pioneer-chic’ setting, The Advenire is a one-of-a-kind hotel catering to outdoor enthusiasts, leisure travelers and the local community.

The Advenire’s historic pioneer-federal architecture, adobe exterior and Dixie dormers are reminiscent of St. George’s legendary 1860s-era inn, The Big House, and immediately sets the setting for a welcoming and inviting hotel experience.

Upon entering the lobby guests are greeted by a stunning focal point, the Rammed Earth Wall, an homage to the area crafted from the soil and sediment of St. George and Greater Zion. The gradations and beautiful colors are sourced from local soil and reflect the geological layers of Zion and the Colorado Plateau.

The Advenire features 60 artfully designed guest rooms that blend neutral tones and textures with splashes of color echoing the area’s stunning landscape. Guest rooms feature oversized windows connecting guests to the majestic vista of Southern Utah’s Red Rock Mountains. Interior design elements include locally curated art, craftsman furniture, and colorful tapestries resembling handmade rugs used by early settlers. The hotel’s rooftop terrace, outfitted with a soaking pool/spa, provides a place to unwind and enjoy the area’s stunning landscape.

A destination for locals and visitors to Greater Zion alike, The Advenire’s five-star, chef-driven restaurant wood.ash.rye is an elevated yet rustic culinary balance where diners can relax and socialize after a full day of exploring. Dishes hint at Southern Utah’s pioneering dining roots and hearty fare. Developed and led by Utah’s famed Executive Chef, Shon Foster and Chef Jason Neeley (both formerly of award-winning Sego in Kanab, UT), the menu tells the story of St. George’s history and early settlers.

The wood.ash.rye bar program features unique cocktails utilizing local ingredients and Utah-made craft spirits. Cocktails will enliven the sensors reflecting the smell, taste and essence of Southern Utah. wood.ash.rye also features a robust selection of new world wines and local brews.

In addition to standard valet parking, The Advenire will also offer a mountain bike valet service for its two-wheeled hotel and restaurant guests making it the ideal stop off for the adventure and leisure cyclists.

The Advenire is managed by In-Group Hospitality: A PEG Company and is Utah’s second Autograph Collection Hotel. Located at 25 W St George Blvd, St. George, UT 84770.
