Hearth and Hill, a favorite Park City “gathering spot”, is celebrating its successful opening year with fresh winter-season lunch, dinner, après and bar menus curated by Executive Chef Jordan Harvey and Team. Colder temps call for warm, hearty meals and special cocktails to curb the winter chill. After enjoying a day of indoor or outdoor winter activities, there’s nothing better than the restaurant’s lively bar area, with its locally sourced après menu, cocktails and beers.
“Winter is in full swing, and we are celebrating accordingly with our new seasonal offerings,” said Proprietor Brooks Kirchheimer. “By sourcing the freshest local ingredients, we’re able to create unforgettable dishes, flavor pairings and cocktails that will leave our guests refueled for another day on the mountain or kicked back in front of the fireplace.”
Slalom into the dining experience with unique shareables such as Desert Mountain beef cheek tostada, flank steak gyoza, pierogi, cornmeal dusted cuttlefish and rapini flatbread. Winter salad offerings include Pyne Farm Apple Salad with walnut, pearl onion, shallot, arugula, dill goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette; or warm beets and quinoa with Park City Creamery brie, spinach, brown butter, preserved lemon, everything spice and blackberry pickle.
Settle in with good-for-the-soul entrees such as Riverence Farm Trout with wild rice, celery, citrus, dill cashew aioli; Falafel with lentil puree, crudité, cauliflower, pomegranate molasses; or Scallops with turnip rice pudding, mushroom, Brussels sprout and lemongrass broth. Finish with decadent treats including sundae nachos, sticky toffee pudding, popcorn cheesecake, Nutella fudge s’mores or dulce de leche skillet cookie. Savor seasonal cocktails such as the Smoked Apple featuring Wahaka Mezcal, ginger, apple, lemon and cinnamon; the Frostbite with Tito’s vodka, Chareau Aloe Demerara, lime and mint; or the Last Run with Kahlua, Frangelico and Baileys Irish Cream.
Kids can keep their (winter) cool by choosing options from a unique children’s menu of grilled chicken breast, sautéed shrimp, crispy chicken strips and spaghetti. For every children’s meal sold, Hearth and Hill donates $1 to EATS Park City, a local nonprofit dedicated to ensuring every student has opportunities to develop lifelong healthy habits and access to fresh, nutritious food.
