HallPass, Utah’s first food hall opens in early December with more than 11,000 square feet of communal, chef-driven fare. It’s a first-of-its-kind experience for Salt Lake, and from breakfast to a nightcap, there’s something for everyone any time of day. Striking design includes golden acacia wood tables and chairs from Thailand, Balinese doors, and colorful murals by Donovan Fitzgerald.

They offer a unique “one tab” system so you can check in, everyone can get their favorites from each different concept and diners can pay just one bill. Hot new culinary concept SkinnyFATS anchors the food hall. This rapidly growing Las-Vegas-based ‘Live Healthy, Live Happy’ menu features healthy options under 600 calories and an entire side that’s completely indulgent. HallPass restaurants include:

SkinnyFATS, Waffadopolis, Beer Zombies Tap Room & Beer Garden, Blaze of Thunder (hot chicken), Raining Ramen, CodSpeed (fresh fish fast), Hibachican (rotating concepts & guest chefs), Colossal Lobster, table side guacamole, and a true password-needed speakeasy.

“We’ve seen the SkinnyFATS concept go over in such a big way in Las Vegas & Dallas,” said founder Reed Allen Slobusky. “Now, we’re elevating the experience by creating a space that showcases art, music, food, and drinks in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City.”
