
This week sees the official opening of the The Anny Sooksri Restaurant Group’s latest venture: Noodle Run. In contrast to the groups other restaurants, the new business is a change of direction.
Noodle Run offers a fast-casual take on an authentic Asian noodle restaurant experience. Like all of the restaurants in the larger group, the menu stays true to Sooksri’s Thai birth place. Sooksri notes:
“I grew up eating noodles, I just love them, I want to share a dish that is full of flavor, fresh, made with lots of vegetables, and is healthier than other fast-casual options.”
Entrees range $9.00 – $11.00 and include selections like pho, rice bowls and ramen – with most of the menu available in vegan and vegetarian configurations. The menu also affords many gluten free options too.
