The Advenire Hotel, Southern Utah’s only luxury boutique hotel, now taking reservations for February 2020

The Advenire, Southern Utah’s highly anticipated luxury boutique hotel, is now accepting reservations for February, 2020 occupancy. Located in St. George, Utah’s Historic District, close to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, and some of the country’s most visited National Parks, The Advenire will provide world class amenities and service in a modern pioneer aesthetic.

The Advenire, managed by In-Group Hospitality, will feature sixty modern rooms, a chef-driven restaurant, start-of-the-art gym, and more. In-Group Hospitality has tapped Cherie Davis as General Manager, overseeing day-to-day operation of the hotel. 

The first of its kind in St. George, The Advenire will be the perfect setting for thrilling outdoor adventure meets small-town hospitality and charm, and will become the first full-service, four-star hotel in the region. The property will be Utah’s second Autograph Collection Hotel.

Design elements of the 50,000 square-foot hotel will include locally curated art, colorful tapestries resembling handmade artisan rugs used by early settlers, and other modern pioneer touches inspired by the local landscape and the area’s rich history. Additionally, The Advenire will boast Wood.Ash.Rye., a five-star farm-to-fork restaurant and bakery featuring an approachable twist on regional American cuisine. The concept was created by Chef Shon Foster and Jason Neeley of the award-winning Sego Restaurant located in Kanab, UT.

Cherie Davis, a hospitality industry veteran, leads The Advenire team as General Manager of the hotel. Davis’ hospitality career spans nearly two decades having worked for world-renowned brands including Joie de Vivre, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Omni Hotels and Resorts and several independent boutique brands. Through her career, Davis has excelled both in launching new properties and repositioning existing brands. David has extensive first-hand experience in hotel openings including task force opening for Omni Hotels and Resorts, Kintetsu in the United States and Japan.  Davis has spent the last several years of her career working with various Autograph Collection properties including The Annapolis Waterfront Hotel and The Cavalier Hotel & Beach Club in Coastal Virginia, where she was responsible for overseeing the relaunch of the historic 1927 iconic property after an $86MM renovation, as Managing Director of the complex.

In 2017, PEG Companies opened The Shops at Green Gate Village, a charming retail project that preserved historic buildings by converting them into a shopping and dining destination. This year the group will open City View St. George, apartment buildings touted as a key step in revitalizing St. George City’s decade-long pursuit to revitalize the downtown core. The Advenire is part of a $40MM final phase of the revitalization efforts for St. George.
