The Anny Sooksri Restaurant Group is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Noodle Run, on November 13, 2019. The public is invited to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00 am at the restaurant, located at 6014 South State Street in Murray, Utah.
Noodle Run is a fast-casual Asian noodle restaurant, providing a filling and flavorful noodle experience. Noodle Run prides itself on bringing you the Asian comfort food you would find in your mom’s kitchen.
Staying true to Sooksri’s roots in Thailand, recipes were developed to offer an authentic noodle dish to the American public.
“I grew up eating noodles, I just love them,” said Sooksri. “I want to share a dish that is full of flavor, fresh, made with lots of vegetables, and is healthier than other fast-casual options.”
Entrees range $9.00 – $11.00 and include:
- Pho- Rice noodles in an aromatic broth with your choice of protein, crisp bean sprouts, celery, green onions, cilantro, and jalapeno
- Traditional Ramen-Egg noodles in a rich broth served with your choice of protein, shredded cabbage, carrot, celery, cilantro, ginger, corn, bean sprouts, half soft boiled egg
- Traditional Rice Bowls – from garlic rice with rich steamed chicken, tonkatsu fried pork, and a teriyaki bowl with your choice of meat.
- Vegan, Vegetarian and made with Gluten-free ingredients are available
“Noodles have always been my comfort food, I eat them a lot,” said Sooksri. “I want to offer great food, with no MSG so that people can eat well and healthier. I have so many ideas!”
