The newly rebranded hotel, Sheraton Park City, today announced its new dining concept, Timbers, is open for business. The signature American bar-b-que restaurant gives locals and hotel guests a rustic setting to enjoy local flavors, sourced from local purveyors.

“We’re excited to introduce Timbers to the Park City community and complete the final step in our renovation and rebranding,” said Jason Ford, general manager of Sheraton Park City. “We crafted a menu to appeal to families and to reflect the unique personality of Utah and are confident our guests will enjoy a memorable dining experience.”

Led by Executive Chef Nick Brown, the restaurant seats up to 290 guests and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, serving up the perfect mix of quality food and refreshing drinks. Signature menu items include Seared Utah Red Trout, Smoked Double LL Ranch BBQ Brisket Sandwich, Fig and Goat Cheese Flatbread (pictured below) and Auntie Em’s High West Bourbon Pecan Pie.

Guests are invited to unwind in the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant or choose to sit outside on the patio and take in Utah’s scenic mountain views. Diners can warm up on cold nights with s’mores by the restaurant’s fire pits or kick back on couches on the heated patio.

Timbers restaurant serves breakfast daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., with an all-day menu served from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The opening of Timbers is part of Sheraton Park City’s recently completed multi-million-dollar renovation and rebrand. Leveraging the experience and prestige of Marriott International’s most global brand, the hotel will continue to serve as the ideal year-round home base for leisure and business travelers.
