tupelo Park City invites guests to a delicious wine dinner featuring California’s Laurel Glen Vineyard on Wednesday, September 18, at 7 p.m. tupelo’s culinary team will prepare a 4-course meal rich in seasonal flavors and local ingredients, while Glen Vineyard General Manager & Partner Bettina Sichel shares her exceptional wines, some of which have been special-ordered exclusively for this event.

“We are so grateful to prepare a fresh, autumn meal alongside the complex, nuanced wines of Laurel Glen Vineyard,” said tupelo Park City Chef & Owner Matt Harris. “Now certified organic with exceptional attention to the care and gentle treatment of its harvest, it is one of the most iconic Cabernet vineyards in California.”

The Laurel Glen Vineyard Wine Dinner features four distinct wines from the slopes of Sonoma Mountain, each intentionally paired with four courses of unforgettable tupelo dishes. The evening’s menu is as follows:
