Riverhorse on Main Hosts ‘A Night of Italian Classics’ for Park City Plated Dinner

WHAT: Riverhorse On Main invites guests to taste their twist on Italian cuisine and savor a lineup of spectacular libations. Featuring wines from Valdobbiadene (prosecco), Venezia Giulia (pinot grigio white blend), Piemonte (Barbaresco), and Verona (Valpolicella), the restaurant will showcase parts of the Wilson Daniels portfolio of wines, paired to perfection with cuisine by the culinary feats of Riverhorse On Main Executive Chef Seth Adams.

WHO: A 16-year recipient of the Forbes Travel Guide Four Star Award, Riverhorse On Main is one of the oldest and most distinguished fine dining restaurants on Park City’s historic Main Street. They are participating in the Park City Plated series, the newest initiative of the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA).
