Drink bourbon. Save the West. High West, Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870, will raise a glass of its American Prairie® Bourbon to honor the work American Prairie Reserve is doing to create the largest nature reserve in the lower 48 states. Guests age 21+ are welcome to join the celebration on Saturday, September 14, at the distillery’s Wanship location from 6:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
“A part of High West’s mission is celebrating The West. That’s why we support the American Prairie Reserve and their mission to conserve the natural wonder of this great land,” said High West associate brand manager Mark Erickson. “We’re excited to raise a glass of American Prairie® Bourbon with guests who share our passion for The West.”
With September being National Bourbon Heritage Month, there’s no better time to honor the true, American-made spirit. A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, High West’s American Prairie® Bourbon will be featured as part of the evening’s harvest-style dinner. Live music and distillery tours will also be available.
