Bovine + Swine is Fine Dining Restaurant Group’s line of locally, house-made sausages and craft meats, developed by acclaimed Jackson Hole, WY chef/restaurateur Gavin Fine and chef Joel Tate–now being distributed throughout Utah and available for national shipping via Goldbelly.

Made in one of Wyoming’s only three USDA meat processing facilities in the entire state, Bovine + Swine’s unique flavors and variety of house-made products are reminiscent of butchers of the past, crafted with an attention to traditional technique and high quality ingredients. 

As background, Gavin Fine has earned the attention of the James Beard foundation for his Fine Dining Restaurant Group in Jackson Hole, WY which boasts six restaurants, a catering company, specialty grocer, artisan ice cream brand and butcher shop. Bovine + Swine highlights include:
