After a spectacular winter, Solitude Mountain Resort dives into summer this weekend with its popular series of free Sunday concerts beginning Sunday, June 30, with the Nathan Spenser Revue. Sundays also come with $2 ice cream from Stone Haus Pizzeria & Creamery in Solitude Village.

Highlights of this year’s concert schedule include Moab, Utah-based jam band Stonefed on August 11, soulful crooner Megan Blue on August 18, and soul-funk-rock powerhouseTalia Keys on September 1. Five-piece bluegrass-folk band Mars Highway will round out the summer at Solitude on Sunday, September 29.

Live music runs from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. except on July 21 and September 1, when music will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Camp chairs and coolers are welcome on Solitude’s newly renovated Village Green. Adding to the festive atmosphere, Stone Haus Pizzeria & Creamery offers scoops of ice cream for $2 in the heart of Solitude Village. With ten flavors on offer, there’s something to delight everyone’s sweet tooth!

Thursday, June 27 is your last chance to catch Honeycomb Grill’s Whiskey Wind-up, a $42 prix-fixe three-course menu starring Honeycomb Grill’s delectable market steak and served with an optional pairing of High West whiskey for $24.

Lift-served disc golf, hiking, and scenic chair rides will begin on Friday, June 28 and are free for Ikon Pass holders. Lift-served mountain biking opens on Thursday, July 4.
