Mom is the word at a range of Park City restaurants this Mother’s Day. On Sunday, May 12, restaurants across the area will be offering a range of special menus and discounts.
“We’ve got something for everyone this Mother’s Day,” PCARA executive director Ginger Wicks said. “Join us for a fun, delicious and memorable meal.”

THE BRASS TAG AT DEER VALLEY RESORT
Brunch buffet, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
$49 for adults, $15 for children 12 and younger
There’s something for everyone at Brass Tag this Mother’s Day, which is serving a sumptuous brunch for the occasion: Enjoy breakfast selections such as shirred eggs with toast points and avocado, scrambled tofu with baby spinach, maple peppered and applewood smoked bacon, oven roasted potatoes, and a selection of pastries, breads and coffee cakes, plus a waffle station with all the fixings. Forest ham and Gold Creek Farms cheddar cheese puff pastry, bloody mary flank steak with chimichurri sauce, roasted cauliflower and broccolini with garlic butter and house-made pepperoni pizza will also be on offer..

For those celebrating Mother’s Day at home or as a guest, Park City’s top spot for gourmet takeout is serving a delectable special crab cake special, featuring sliced avocado, grapefruit segments, Copper Moose Farm greens, honey Dijon vinaigrette and purple potato haystack.

Edge at Westgate Park City Resort is exited to host its first Mother’s Day brunch. Treat mom to one of the most comprehensive wine lists in Park City, with an in-house sommelier to help select a bottle, and a brunch menu featuring not only Snake River Farms domestic wagyu steaks, but rare finds like Miyachiku award-winning Miyazaki A5 Wagyu from Japan. À la carte steaks can be accompanied by sides such as black-and-white truffle mac and cheese or classic wagyu tartare. Inventive selections like lobster and black truffle risotto and silk road spicy shrimp will also be on offer.

This Kimball Junction-located restaurant is excited to present its popular new Sunday brunch offering for Mother’s Day. Enjoy live music and gourmet selections like cedar plank salmon, grilled tri-tip steak, house-made pastries, truffle mac and cheese, smoked salmon and bagels, seasonal salads and much more. Special beverages will also be on offer.

This award-winning restaurant will be serving Easter brunch. The restaurant’s lauded dinner menu will be served 6-9 p.m. In addition, Riverhorse Provisions will be open on Easter Sunday.

SILVER STAR CAFÉ
Silver Star, a downtown spot featuring New American fare with global accents, will be reopening for the summer season May 2, and will be open for Mother’s Day serving brunch and dinner. Enjoy the restaurant’s award-winning selections in its cozy space indoors or on the chic summertime patio.
Three-course prix fixe; $45, children’s menu available

This go-to spot for gourmet Italian fare is serving a delectable three-course brunch: Start with your choice of soup of the day, beet salad or deviled eggs with candied bacon, followed by a main of smoked-pork eggs benedict, zucchini-cake eggs benedict, a classic continental breakfast, French toast with blackberry compote, or a smoked salmon plate. Dessert features zeppola or a ginger pear crostata.
